Your First Visit:

 Your Initial Consultation will involve Dr Adam collecting all of the information he needs. He will take an in depth history and perform a postural, orthopaedic, chiropractic and neurological examination. After this examination you will receive your first Chiropractic adjustment. Allow approximately 60 minutes for this visit. Once Dr Adam has the information he needs, he can then spend time putting together a personalised care plan that will work best for you.  It is at your second visit, the Report of Findings that Dr Adam will go through his findings and give his recommendations and care plan. Then you can decide what will work best for you and you can continue with your care, if you choose to do so. This visit will take approximately 30 minutes.

The Initial Consultation is £50, this includes your first adjustment.

Any further adjustments are priced at £30 if you pay as you go or £28 for a block of visits.

You may find the level of information that we require more in-depth than you have experienced at other health practices. The more information Dr Adam has, the better he can understand your body and your spine and the better care and advice you will receive.

We understand that the first Chiropractic visit can be quite daunting for some people, so please feel free to ask any questions you like and to bring somebody along with you to your appointments. In fact, Dr Adam recommends that your partner, a family member or close friend attend the report of findings with you, not only for support but so they can help jog your memory later about everything you have learned.

Your care plan is based on your precise injuries, subluxations and body condition, so the technique used for you may not be the same as other people within the practice or other people that you know. Everybody is unique and responds differently so Dr Adam will always look for the best technique to suit your size, age and current condition.    

It does not take long to give a chiropractic adjustment, just 5 – 15 minutes. Once your nerves are free from interference your body will be able to take over and do the healing that is required. You will receive advice as to how to help this process along at home.
